This is a very rare sight! Can you tell us which version of C2 you're using? (CD, copy found online, VanillaC2, GOG/Steam)
And which glide wrapper you're using, or if it's D3D mode?
If the glide wrapper is nGlide you can try dgVoodoo and vice versa :)

You know, we should be mad at you. You can get Carma2 legally for like $5. But anyway, I remember that happening to me when I tried emulating Sonic Adventure 2 when I had an old laptop. Except, of course, Carma2 can run well on old machinery, so it's not the same thing. I'd try a reboot, and make sure you don't do stuff like alt-tab before the game starts. It shouldn't even LET you alt-tab, but...

I'm Espyo from the Carmageddon Wiki!
I'm currently working on a fangame engine for Pikmin games.

N4HW3ll, you should definitely try dgVoodoo (http://dege.freeweb.hu/) or even simpler glide wrapper like psVooodoo (http://sourceforge.net/projects/psvoodoo/files/). Also, make sure the game is properly patched. You can find the V2 and V3 patches there: http://rr2000.toshiba-3.com/pc-files#c2
